Baladi Festival presents for the first time in Amsterdam the competition for professional bellydancers in the category "Raqs Sharqy"
On Friday June 4th at 20:00 hrs the Baladi Festival starts with a once in a lifetime oppertunity for you to attend a dance competition judged by Raqia Hassan.
All what you need to do is to subscribe your name before 1st of May 2010 and read carefully our contest rules.
Subscription:
To subscribe to the contest you have to purchase the full weekend pass for the Festival. If you purchase only Sat or Sun pass the competition fee is € 15,-
Once the payment is done and confirmed, you must fill in the info into participation form
Subscription must be concluded no later than 01 of May 2010. No inscription will be accepted after this date.
Sorry, no more registrations for the competition are accepted!
Contest rules:
- Every dancer will have 5 minutes to present his/her choreography.
- The contest music must be author and copy rights free.
- The music has to be Oriental, Classical no fusion is accepted.
The jury will be composed of our International guest star teachers and the head of the president of Jury, Raqia Hassan.
The winning trio will be asked to come to the front of the stage in order to receive their awards from the president of the jury.
Prices:
The 1st winner will then perform her choreography once again in the Gala Night.
The special prize has been offered for the first Winner from our teacher guest, Irina Popova:
The invitation for the Gala Show and 5 free Workshops with a Master Teachers of your own choice during the Festival in Moscow in April 2011 as well as other surprises from our Oriental Bazaar.
